OUR TRAINING

MSC Ship Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. set up its HRD & Training department to address the issue pertaining to competency & skill enhancement on board our vessels. This is being accomplished by setting up a comprehensive program for the floating staff to undergo training courses at MSC House at Mumbai during their leave period. The training is aimed recognizing the operational risks and effectively carrying out regulatory management. This will also assist the staff on-board in loss prevention and better utilisation of resources.

This state-of-the-art Training Centre is a multi-million dollar investment with the latest and most sophisticated Full Mission Bridge and Engine Simulators, Automation labs / Workshops and Training Facilities.

The course fee, travelling arrangements and costs from their hometowns to training institutes and boarding & lodging costs is fully borne by the company.
